Before you sign anything, there are several things you need to
know about your Realtor:
- How long have you been in the business?
- Are you full time or part time?
- What promotions and advertising will you be using to sell my home?
- What are your plans on expediting the sale?
- How many homes have you listed and sold in the last year?
- How many homes have you listed that did not sell in the last year?
- Do you have an assistant or support staff?
- What type of things separate you from your competition?
- What professional organizations do you belong to?
